Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume), deodorant marks, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
