Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed from outside the US will not be fulfilled.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer two simple shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — $6.99 (applies to all orders)
• Free Economy Shipping — Free on orders $75.00 and over

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

TheGlamVault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
